We can differentiate between standard and SYL teeth systems and rock chisel and rock penetration teeth systems. In former case the bucket is made from standard or high quality material in regards for its work environment. For example it can be manufactured from structural or wear-resistant steel. The latter rock and penetration variant is made from wearparts with hardness between 400 - 600HB. They are suitable for extreme conditions with the aim of higher consumption.
What is special about our digging bucket?
We offer custom made digging buckets according to the wishes of our customer. We will individually prepare the design for you with different dimensions and with different holes. We will also prepare the buckets with regards of the terrain which you will be working in, to make sure its really ready for your activity.
The undeniable advantage is the Swedish model, which we are using during our production. The difference of this model is that the bucket ribbing is placed transversally instead of longitudinally. This results in greater hardness also buckets are much more stable and lighter components can be used for heavier structures. Moreover in case of damage the repairs are cheaper.
We are still using the longitudinal ribbing with standard buckets for which this method is fully sufficient. For rock and penetration buckets we have the proven transversal ribbing, which will increase the quality of your work.
